AVRELLE | Returns & The Signature Guarantee

At AVRELLE, we are committed to the highest standards of materials science and culinary craft. Every piece in our Signature Collection is rigorously inspected to ensure it meets our medical-grade purity and durability standards.

1. The 30-Day Evaluation Period

We invite you to experience the AVRELLE difference in your home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original, premium packaging (including the die-cut protective inserts).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. The Signature Warranty

Because we use materials like TA1 Medical-Grade Titanium and Sustainable Ebony, our products are designed for a lifetime of performance. If you encounter a manufacturing defect beyond the 30-day window, please contact our concierge team at info@shopavrelle.com to discuss our extended structural warranty.

3. The Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@shopavrelle.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping: For our Signature Titanium boards, we recommend using the original shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the piece. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
